Which season brings you which health imbalance ?

We are in Spring and people are sneezing everywhere. Take note to clean the liver at this point. Eat baby greens and berries as they are what is coming on board. Learn the benefits to dandelion greens and foods that the liver loves. It has been serving you and it is the season to give thanks back to that organ.

“Bringing a Peaceful Mind to our Children”.

To all my family and friends on Facebook, I am going to present an idea to you to see and get a sense of, where your thoughts on this topic are. The topic is “Bringing a Peaceful Mind to our Children”.

For the last four months or so I have been studying the Art of T‘ai Chi and its effects on children that practice it. My findings are outrageously beautiful. The sense of calm, the controlled behavior in school and at home and the focus in what is responsible and what is important to them as a human meaning, their ego increase in a healthy manor. This program has benefits on breathing, posture and blood pressure just to name a few (Tai Chi, nd). Well my idea is to try to get ALL the public schools on board with this topic. This program can be done first thing when children come to school or somewhere in the school hour’s day. What are your thoughts or ideas?
