Just some bit to ponder for your day...

I started this blog to get out of my head ideas and information that i have on products, food choices, thought choices and actions i want the world to know. I would love to talk about the cosmic soul that taught me most of what i will share but not yet.
I will start out with products that you can buy from www.tothepointshiatsu.net that i have come to respect and appreciate that are here on this planet and that the formulators and there families are here for the long haul. The ideals are high and that is what i have been taught to seek.

Journey on Relaxation- Unit Two

I would like anyone that is reading my posts to go to the Address a below and sit back , get yourself comfy, and listen for a few moments to the exercise and let me know if it did not bring you to a place of calm and healthfulness to yourself and your body.
It is always challenging for me to do these exercises because i have such a busy mid and to focus on one thing is difficult sometimes. This exercise had you thinking of your body and finding a place within it that needs more blood and or nourishment. Being our body houses 80% of our blood in our abdomen (speaker states) that it is good to bring some of that blood forth to a location that could so to say, need a drink of compassion and a band-aid for the soul or pain reduction for a moment and a sense of calm. As i became my blood and moved through my body up to where i needed calm (neck and shoulders) i came to a point of hearing nothing but my heart beat and seeing nothing. Then my eyes opened quickly to realize i had fallen asleep. I felt a bit concerned as to how long i had gone to sleep and how much of my Journey did i miss. I backed up the exercise to find i ended right where you were to open your eyes and come back. Interesting...
